River Spring Lodge is a chef owned and operated inn…and it shows. Chef Dave creates food that is refined and remarkable. For the well traveled, the cuisine served at River Spring Lodge will be reminiscent of the fine fare encountered at small distinctive European Country Inns… fresh and unique, flavorful and generous. Dave’s food and Carolyn’s gracious service continually receive Five-Star accolades by reviewers throughout Western New York and Southern Canada. Candlelit tables for two, four or six are available in the beautiful lobby dining room. For larger groups the Chef’s Table dining room is available.The cuisine at River Spring Lodge begins with sourcing premium ingredients. Only the best meats, game, poultry, seafood and fresh vegetables are incorporated into the menus. Local produce is utilized in season but fresh trumps local when the local harvest is over. River Spring is fresh to table first and farm to table second. Homemade yeast breads and signature desserts are all prepared in house.
The main dining room serves four course dinners from 5:00 until 8:00 Tuesday thru Saturday to lodge guests and local diners. When you reserve a table at River Spring Lodge it is yours for the evening. We cater to a few guests each night. Diners are never rushed and many choose to linger. Our relaxed dining enhances the experience of our guests but limits the number of tables available. Reservations are required and early reservations are recommended especially on the weekends and during the summer season. The Chef’s Table dining room can be reserved for groups of eight or more.
